As a natural stone fabricator we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding, but not limited to, grain, color, veining, matching, or other characteristics of stone.  We acquire are stone from the finest quarries in the world and diligently fabricate it with eight inspections during the process.  Unfortunately no stone is perfect, and what may seem to be defects, such as, inconsistency, mineral concentrations, fissures, veining, and uneven reflections, etc. resulted acts of nature and God, are natural qualities.  It is these imperfections that make stone so unique.

Granite and Marble may be filled and reinforced with epoxy, fiberglass mesh, and steel rods imbedded in the stone.

Purchasers are advised to personally inspect the stone before it is to be used for fabrication, if you waive this opportunity by failing to act upon it; you authorize our stone technicians to use their best judgment.
