When the marble top we purchased from an antiquities dealer was delivered cracked, we got several opinions from marble restorers.  They ranged from "maybe but we'd rather not try" to "impossible to repair."  Only you had the confidence and skill to undertake the job.  The result is a dining room table is better then the one we first purchased.  The cracks and chips are so seamlessly repaired as to be invisible.  The surface glows as never before.  And because of the sub-base you fabricated the table surface and its original base are more secure than they were when they left the Zagraphos factory.
 
Your professional courtesy kept us informed at every step of the repair process, and the final delivery and installation were a model of efficient teamwork.
